Shady tent site? Do they exist?

Hi everybody. Do you know if there are any site on either of the tent loops that are shady and kind of private? Meaning not by a bus stop, etc. Thanks so much.

I think theres a couple shady tent sites,,I wouldn't trust any of them,,it's the private ones that can really give you problems.

When we need a partial hook-up site we really love staying in the 1500 Loop. There are many very nice sites in this loop but two of our favorites are 1513 or 1511. They are both located at the back of the loop and back up to the canal.

We've been in the 2000 loop with rather shady sites on the exterior ring sites in the back. As for privacy, that's subjective. We have a pop-up so we felt that one side was very private, the other (side with our awning) was quasi private. I think that there are ways that you can set up your site to make it feel "private".

Pretty much all the tent sites are good at being shaded. I love the 1500 loop. I had a few bad experiences at the 2000 loop, so now I always ask to be put in 1500 and sometimes get upgraded if there are none. (I know, shame on me)
There's usually enough trees to keep thing private, but things are a bit different at the fort. It's more neighborly and friendly. So it's nice to be able to step out and wave to your neighbor.
