Shadow Boxes

Has anyone ever displayed rings in a shadow box. It is deep enough for the rings lay flat (flat as in, you can see the front of the rings, not actually laying flat on the fabric, if this makes any sense). But I cannot figure out how to keep them falling. Are there any special mounts? Thanks guys!

Though I haven't tried this what about:

• small cup hooks
• thin wire or pins
• the interior of a ring box glued to the back of the shadowbox (or maybe with the entire base of the box if the box has both a base and lid that are not attached to each other)

Would love to see photos of your final product.
