Shades of Green update?

My folks just surprised us with a another Disney vacation in October 2004 (our last was in 1999)!! The whole family is going. We are planning on staying at the Shades during the Disney Classic Golf tourney in 2004. I know that the hotel should be done by then, but was curious as to what the current status was and any other SOG info you all may have.
