Shades of Green Pools

Can anyone give me some info on the Shades of Green pools? The Unofficial Guide doesn't rate them too high (2.5 stars) as compared to other pools on Disney property. Are they small? Are both pools heated? What about water slides etc...

At SOG there are two heated swimming pools and a hot tub. The main pool is shaped like Mickey. Next to it is a children's wading pool. There's also a rectangular, "quiet" pool.

There are no pool slides at SOG.
