Shades of Green guests?

I have a few questions for people who have stayed at Shades of Green.

We are staying in a regular room with our two children. Are there mini refrigerators and microwaves in them? I thought I read somewhere that there was, but I can't find it on their website now. I know in the family suites there is a small kitchenette type area in them. Also, WHERE on the Disney property is SOG located? My husband tried to explain it to me, but I'm not sure even he knows what he is talking about.

There is a mini-fridge and coffee-maker but no microwave.
The hotel is located almost opposite the Polynesian, between the Palm and Magnolia golf courses. Great location!

We stayed at SOG in Sept '04 (during Hurricane Frances) with my parents (Daddy's disabled retired air force) and my brother's family. The rooms are bigger than most on-property rooms - even those at Deluxe resorts - and the service was quite good. It does lack a little "magic" but we often walked across the street to poach the Poly.
I'd reccommend SOG to anyone eligible to stay there.
