A man is accused of fondling a woman while swimming in the wave pool at Walt Disney World's Typhoon Lagoon water park, according to Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Caesar Pinto, 19, of Fort Lauderdale, was charged with sexual battery. He also was issued a trespassing warning, which bars him from Disney properties.

The incident occurred Sunday at the water park shortly after 3:30 p.m.

A 30-year-old woman told investigators that she was in the wave pool when she felt someone grab her bikini and fondle her. She through at first it was accident so kept an eye on the man.

When another wave came, she saw the suspect swim toward her with his arms extended. Before he could touch her, she kicked him away and yelled at him, according to an arrest report.

The woman -- whose name was not released -- reported the incident to Disney officials. A park security officer watched Pinto in the changing area until deputies arrived.

Deputies stopped him as he headed out of the park. Pinto, who was there with his mother, had a white towel covering his head and shoulders, according to arrest report.

"This arrest sends a clear message that this behavior will not be tolerated here," said Disney spokeswoman Zoraya Suarez. "We continue to maintain law enforcement and security presents to deter this behavior."

This is troubling.

There have already been several threads about arrests at Typhoon Lagoon this year. Here is one of them: Typhoon Lagoon Arrests

When I visited TL with my DD's back in August, there was a uniformed Sheriff's Deputy standing on the wave pool wall along with the lifeguards. Even with the increased police presence, this type of deviant behavior is going on. I hope this doesn't result in the wave pool being closed, but that may be what WDW management has to do to stop these creeps.

Sad.

I hope the judges hearing these cases step up to the plate and do their part to keep these perverts locked up. Perhaps they should have a tattoo on their foreheads stating: "Sex Offender - Come & Get It"

I would choke him till he passed out and place his body on I-4 during rush hour:thumbsup2

Maybe if the tattoo were placed around back it would be more visible.

Lock him up and throw away the key! Thank goodness it wasn't anything more serious, or that a child was involved.

Kudos to the woman for fighting him off and my heart goes out to her.

Yes! Good for her for trying to take charge of the situation. What a creep!

I also saw the article below a few weeks ago about a man arrested for having "relations" with a 12 year old girl at the Fort. (Warning: It's a valid news story from Tampa Bay's St. Petersburg Times, but it's not for the light of heart. I cringed a few times while reading it.) http://www.tampabay.com/news/public...allegedly-raped-12-year-old-at-disney/1034283
