Severe peanut allergy

Hi! Planning another ladies only trip, and 1 person has a severe peanut allergy. Obviously, she can let the sever know this when ordering.. but are there any restaurants/lounges that we should totally skip? As in, people are allowed to throw peanut shells on the floor. Where we live, there is a restaurant (Logan's) where that happens, and she can't even go in there. We would need to cross places like that off our list!!

Not aware of anywhere at WDW like that.
Let your server know about her allergy and you should be fine.
