I am working on a Disney layout and I just found a box of Mickey
eyelets that I bought when we were there. I can't figure out how to
set them though. They are too big for my standard eyelet setter.
Anyone have any ideas? I don't want to buy a whole new tool, since I
rarely use eyelets anyways. But I want to use them! THANKS!

The only thing I have found that will set them without ruining the eyelets is the Crop-a-dile. I have the silent setter which has 3 size heads on it and it still ruins the eyelet. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I wonder if wire cutters would cut slits in the back enough to hammer them down? :confused3

Glad I saw this.....I was getting ready to use some on a swap.

Yup, I use a crop-a-dile, and no probs...

Crop-a-dile here too. It's a magical tool and with a mike's coupon, not too bad on the wallet. I use it all the time (but I LOVE eyelets and Brads)

I set mine with my silent setter and have had no problems.
