Setting a NEW YEARS DAY mini-goal?

I want 12.5 pounds for NY's. That would put me at my 100lbs mark and GOAL. I've been loosing so slow i hope i can get the job done before years end. I have been closer to my GOAL but now i'm needing 12.5 to get there. Here's pushing all of us to healthier lifesytles for the new year!!!
 
I'd like to join the New Year challenge as well. My goal is to have 19 pounds gone - which will put me at 250! Haven't seen that number in a while... :p
 
Count me in! I would like to have a total of 15 lbs gone by New Year's. This includes my Thanksgiving goal too. I will add the new clipart after the Tgiving challenge is over. Thanks for starting this one Claire! :)
 

I'm in on this one. We've already "gobbled" up here in Canada, so a new me, by New Year's is a good one to strive for.

(i)first, I'd like to finish those 3 pounds that eluded me for my next clippie (and my third 10%) from the TOT challenge and

(ii)I'd like to get that beautiful blue clippie. It makes me drool. ;)

So, the goal is 13 pounds. :wizard:

I think that the clipart would put me over the limits, so I'll not add it. You'll just have to remember that I'm here! :magnify: :teeth:

 
I would very much like to be down 9.4 pounds by New Year's Eve, but with as slow as my weight has been dropping lately I am not sure if that is a tall order or not. Officially I will commit to 5 pounds gone by New Year's day, secretly I will be coveting the 9.4 pound loss. That would put my total weight loss to 60# and my WISH total to 50# AND put me 8-10 pounds of my GOAL!! Woo hoo....onward and downward!
 
Wow! That is 20 of us signed up now - I am so glad I am getting some company in this!

Hope the first half of the week til Thursday has been going well for everyone - sticking to their plan, drinking their water and getting in the exercise! I am looking forward to Thursday to see how we have all done!

Count me in on this one, my first challenge. :D

I was, ummmm, a hugely big BAD over Halloween and gained like there was no tomorrow! I overindulged in things I don't normally eat, like butter, salt, candy, pancakes, etc... you get the idea :eek: . And boy did it show on weigh in today! :earseek:

So, count me in for the challenge. I would like to be down 13 pounds by New Years Day, and carry that same weight for my WDW trip in Feb.

I am also adding the cheat free star which I hopefully will have 92 cheat free days before my trip!

So, I'm back as living proof that you can't go back after changing your lifestyle! OR THE WEIGHT COMES RIGHT BACK ON! :earseek: :earseek:

Ok, positive peer pressure at work!

I haven't joined any mini-challenges yet, so I'll take this one. My loss has been going slow, but I am going to try to grab 10 more lbs by New Year's Day. That would put me at 23 total and 17 on WISH. Too many totals to track - I will do my best!!!

I've lost 21lbs since September 14th and my goal is to have lost 30 pounds by New Years. Getting rid of those 9lbs will be difficult with Thanksgiving and Christmas on the horizon - nevermind 2 weeks in Disneyworld and a 4 day business trip! I know that this will help me stay on track!

Count me in! I'm going to try to be reasonable and set my goal at 15 lbs. I think I can handle the holiday temptations, but I know I'm going to be flexible when we go on our cruise! :tongue:

Thanks so much for doing the New Year Challenge - I hope we will all be able to face the challenges ahead with each others support!

Just a reminder that tomorrow is the first official check-in day (or your nearest weigh-in day after that if you prefer) and I am very much looking forward to seeing how we have all started out!! Look out for the thread!

Others who want to join us please do - there is still another eight weeks until the end of the challenge - 1st January - so there is loads of time to set yourself a mini goal!!!

As it is the start of a new week for us I just thought I would give the challenge thread a bump to see if anyone else wants to join us in the New Me by New Year Challenge!! There are still seven weeks left until New Years - plenty of time to set yourself a mini-goal!!

I'll join up late! I started again last week, so I'll be ready for check-in tomorrow :). Since I am leaving for WDW on 12/21 my goal is 10 pounds before I leave :).
