Sesrching disabled?

I never figured out how to search on the computer but I was able to search threads on my phone to find what I was looking for.. Now it says it has been disabled? Happening to anyone else??

I have been having the same issues. No searching the boards when on the computer, can get some on my phone. This is very frustrating....

Ok, this is now getting ridiculous....still no searching, maybe it will be time to no longer participate on this site. Never seen such nonsense!!! It's a shame when there is much planning to do and fun stuff ahead and need to deal with this. Fix the problem already.

If you need to search for something specific you can go to Google and type disboards: Put in the the words you want to search on after the colon, like "breakfast" or "All Star Movies pool" or even your own username and it will only bring up search results from the DIS. You can further refine the search by clicking on Search Tools and Any Time to select a time frame. I actually find that more useful sometimes. No, you can't get just all of the "New Posts" but this will at least help you with your trip planning and to find threads you have posted on.

With a board this size, or any internet forum, things have to be adjusted and updated to keep them functioning at their best.

I understand things need to get fixed, but why is it that the whole entire community isn't affected and only some are?

Wish they would send to an email to those affected and give us an approximate down time...

Yes, it is very frustrating not to be able to do a search on this board, but I certainly don't think that's a reason to quit the boards. It's not like this happens every single week.

The Google search option mentioned above is a good one!
