Serving team question

How many people/tables does a serving team get assigned to? In the past I have been at tables for 4 (my party size) and haven't noticed how many others they are serving. This next trip, we will be a group of 11, hopefully at one table (though they have assigned the 2 year old in our group to a different seating!). Will be have our own team of servers, or will we have to share?

You will probably have to share. I think each team has at least 2 or 3 large tables.

I believe our team of two was serving four tables - two tables of eight and two tables of four. So 24 guests or so.

Each serving team handles 22-24 people. The tables can be split in many varieties. We had one where they had a table for 18 and a table of 4. Most of the time, they have multiple tables of 4-8.
