serving jobs

Hi everyone I'm a ucf student that is interested in working in one of the restaraunts serving this summer. I have about 2 years of experience. Any info would be appreciated. The main things I'm interested in are :
Is the money good?
Do most tourist tip well or are they cheap?(don't mean to offend anyone on the board, I understand tipping well for good service and bad or not at all for poor service)
What is sidework like?
The restaraunts I'm interested in are Sci-fi, Liberty tree tavern, or anywhere except brown derby in MGM, and Rainforest in AK. Thanks in advance. If this is in the wrong place, I apologize.

I think visitors to WDW tip the same as everywhere else.
