Services open BEFORE the park opens?

We have ADR for the Crystal Palace at 8:05 am when the park opens at 9 am. I have a few questions related to this:

1) Is it true the buses from the resorts don't start running till 45 minutes before the park opens? The website states that but a Disney rep said they start running at 7 am.

2) Can my grandmother pick up her wheelchair at 8 am or will we have to walk back to the front of the park after our breakfast?

3) Are the cast members out to take photos of you as we walk up Main Street to the Crystal Palace? We purchased a Memory Maker for this trip and would LOVE to have some group photos without all the crowds!

This one I know as I drove many opening shifts.
Buses start at 6:30 every day for morning breakfasts. for an 8:05 ADR, be at the bus stop by 7:00

These ones I'll ask someone else to confirm.
The wheelchair rental being open and photopass CM's. However if you see another CM, they will be happy to take your picture with your camera.

There were photo pass photographers out last year when we had our pre-opening ADR for CRP. We got some great shots of just my sisters and I in front of the castle!

We caught a bus at 6:20'ish in August. I wanted to becout for the bus at 6:15, we were a bit ahead of schedule and the bus pulled right up.

I don't know about the wheelchair.

Yes, there were 5 or 6 photographers on Main Street.

That you all for the responses. I think I'm going to call and ask about the wheelchair because if we're able to get it at 8 am then I'd like to switch our reservations to Be Our Guest. If we can't get the wheelchair then I'll stick with the Crystal Palace so my grandmother won't have to walk all the way to the back of the park for the Be Our Guest restaurant
