Yes, we have used Service Magic. We have used them to find a roofer, landscaper, and general handyman. All of them have been wonderful finds.

My MIL used them to find a general contractor in FL, but that didn't work out so well. We did complain to Service Magic and they removed that service provider from their database. My MIL had to sue the contractor to get things fixed and finished.

Overall, we have been very pleased with our results.

We used them to find a local A/C repair guy. He worked out great, in fact, we called him again when our oven went on the fritz.

On the business side, we used to always joke about how flaky the Service Magic leads were. Total garbage, and a waste of money. We dumped them some time ago.
