Server Problems?

Is anyone else having server problems, where you click on something and you get an error 503? Its driving me crazy and I don't know if its my computer or the site. :headache:
 
I kept getting that a while back. I just closed my Internet browser and cleared all the history and cookies and it started working normally again.
