saw this on a navigator online, has anyone done it? Is it included? Is it any fun?

I did it a few years ago. It was nice. Kind of odd because he had us set up on sand that wasn’t at all even, so doing down dog with arms way lower than legs was a bit disconcerting, but it worked.

I am a big yoga fan. I have done it on the ship and at CC. On CC it was awkward as said above. You think its going to be like the yoga TV exercise shows, but its not. It is done off to the side of the beach under trees. You should bring a towel as there are no mats. And since its humid, sandy and uneven, yoga turns into a kicking sand sticking sand event. When I did it a storm broke out half way thru which didn't make it better.

Yoga is included.

I believe it is at 11:00, so for me I had to coordinate family beach time, lunch time and getting to serenity bay.

Note: I am not your typical yoga guy. I do it at work as part of work's gym. But our instructor follows the yoga program. As in she is very close to strict yoga program. The yoga on the ship (and I have done yoga on the Fantasy and Dream) is led by instructors that aren't yoga instructors. So yoga instruction isn't strict, its more lose interpretation.

I would do it again on the ship but I wouldn't do it again on the beach. IMHO, CC is better with the family and my doing yoga didn't fit into that.
