I've had an email from the hotel about my stay next week asking if I would prefer a Montana with 2 doubles or 1 king and a temporary bed for 2yo DD.

When I stayed last time I had 2 doubles, so I know what that is like but just wondered if anyone has had the room with a king to tell me that it is still a big room (need the space with a toddler) and if anyone has had a temporary be for a little one to know what they are like.

This might sound like a crazy thing to worry about but on a holiday around Europe last year I found that these temporary beds ranged from a full additional bed to a duvet on the floor (I was fuming!!) I imagine disney wouldn't do the latter, but if the temporary beds aren't great ill stick with the 2 doubles.

Also, does anyone know if these rooms have minibars/fridges? The hotel didn't answer.

Thanks :)

Hi

When we stayed at SL we'd paid for lodge rooms but were given Montana rooms because my friends with us were a couple and a 2 year old. Me and my daughter were given a room with 2 doubles but the connecting room was a corner room and had a king size bed with a temporary bed for their son - which is basically a travel cot. However, they didn't use the cot, their bed was so huge that they all slept in the bed and had plenty of room. They actually said they missed the bed when the had the standard double bed when we were there last month! Hope that helps :-)
