September use year

I love our Septemberuse year, it works great for us. When I look at the resale offerings, I feel like September has less for sale than other use years. Is it my imagination or something else? Maybe everyone loves their September use year??

I used to think this about my use year, but on the DVC for less website you can pull up listings by use year and it tells you the total number for sale. I found that the difference between the different use years is not that significant on the resale market over time.

I have Sept and love it but yes it’s a hard one to find and they go quick on the resale listings - Good Luck !!!

That is interesting. I would have thought they were equally distributed. I got Sept but ideally I wanted Oct.

I love my Sept UY. From a planning perspective,it allows me to bank and borrow at the perfect point with the holidays and spring festivals.

But from a resale, I know the few I saw when I wanted to add on Sept contracts always seemed to be pretty stripped.

Thank you. I did not realize that the number sold differed by use year. That is interesting to me.

For the record, one reason I’m familiar with September UY is because that’s our UY at BWV, and it’s one of the lesser UY there. Fortunately we never wanted to add on!
