My best friend and I are going to WDW during the last week in September (24-26) for my Golden (30th) Birthday. We are getting 2-day possibly 3 day Cast Member Tickets/Passes. Here's the List of must do attractions for us.

Note we may buy a separate safari with the extra day.
Is this doable? What else should I add as both of us have done Disney before. We aren't really attached to classics like space or splash mountain. We are also planning to come back to Disney in a couple years for galaxy's end (we're huge Star Wars fans) So we don't need to do Pandora right now.
