September or October trip?

We are looking at going to US/IOA for a couple of days in either Sept or Oct. Is there much difference in reference to crowd levels in case we can't float the cost of onsite hotels? As for the heat, I assume it'll be slightly cooler in October but heat isn't much of an issue since we've been dealing with 90-118 degree temps in high humidity all summer. Any other considerations for this time of year? Thanks!

Both months are good times to go. Halloween Horror Nights will impact crowds and hours a bit on the Studios side especially.
