September or November: A family dilemma

I told my sister in law that I was considering doing a trip to WDW for my DD 3rd b-day at the end of September (4-5 day). She told me that she was considering the same thing for my nephew in early November. We decided to see which month has the best deal. Based on past years, which is the better month to go September or November (economically)?

I like the weather a lot better in November. Economically I have no idea. Sept is more the peak of hurricane season, if that matters to you. Nov is the end.
