September or January?

We're trying to decide if we schould go to WDW in September 2007 or January 2008. We've been to FL thusfar in Dec (nice), June (hotter'n hedoubleLmatchsticks), April (hot and humid) and Feb (cooooooooooold).

I don't like heat/humidity, anything more than 75 is uncomfortable as far as I'm concerned LOL and I'm wondering if September is likely to be too hot to be comfortable.

Would like to hear from any Sept vacationers.

Also, how about the field trip factor in Sept? Lots of school groups or not?? We're a couple of grandparents looking to relax alone for a change.

We love Sept. That is the preferred time of the year for our family. I don't remember too many large groups that time of the year. The crowds are minimal.
As far as the heat goes it is still quite hot with some days in the 90's. The heat is not a factor for us and prefer Sept to Jan because of swimming weather.
I think you can still get free dining in Sept if you get your ressies by the end of this month. (I'm not sure of the dates on this)

If you don't like heat, you'll need to avoid September. Much of September is similar to August.

I'm with you...I don't like it hot. We've never been to Disney in Sept but we've been many times in the middle of Oct and we've had some hot days. In Oct 2005 we left the parks a few times because we were too hot but then Oct 2006 was nice. I went the end of Jan once and it was really nice. The mornings and evenings were cool (wear a sweatshirt) but the days were beautiful. I know Sept would be too hot for me. I'd rather go in Jan but unfortunately with my job I can't take any time off in Jan. It would be less crowded in Jan too.
