September dining plan ?

Okay, now that park hours are up for September I'm trying to figure out what ADRs we'd like. My question involves evening EMH--there are only two during our stay in WDW--Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Epcot FW closes at 7 pm every night but Friday; Epcot WS closes at 9 each night; MK at nine 3 nights and seven 2 nights due to MNSSHP. How do dinner ressies work? Do they take res up to the time the park closes? Need some clarification on how this works. Thanks for any help you may be able to give.

I beleive that they do ADR's until very close or up to park closing, I have had Epcot ADR's in the past as late as 8:45pm ( with park closing at 9:00) and MK ADR's as late as 8:55 with park closing at 9:00. We missed fireworks both nights except for what we could see through the window.

I do believe they take reservations up to park close (since some people want to eat while ejoying fireworks etc...). I'm not sure thought about MNSSHP nights (last year, they were bustling non-ticket holders out of the park).
