September 29 crowd levels?

I'm not worried about GD, I'm worried about schools being out the 29th! Yikes!

I think this is one of those things where we just won't know what it's like until it actually happens.

If someone has Touring Plans, they might be able to tell you if the prediction has been updated or not...but, even with this, it's known to be off target sometimes.

Waaaa! (channeling my 8yo's best whiny voice) I want someone to use their crystal ball and tell me for sure!!!

Ugh, we're going to be there 9/28-10/1. Dh is gonna kill me if it's crazy b/c I've convinced him it's gonna be pretty quiet relative to other trips. Good thing he  me ;)

Touringplans.com lists
9/28 -2 out of 10
9/29 - 2 out of 10
9/30 - 3 out of 10
10/1 - 5 out of 10

I have heard a rumor that these days are BUSY, can't see Main street busy......SOMEONE PUUHHLLEESSE SAY IT ISN"T SO :sad2:

Touringplans lists Decemeber 14 and 15 both as 7.

So I'm wondering if anyone is in the park today, and what happened with the mysterious September 29th date. I noticed that Mousewait listed the crowd index as 72/100 today. When we were in the park on Monday, it was listed as 55/100.

So what's the verdict? Crowded or not?

We're here now and it does seem busier than yesterday, but not too bad. We did MM this morning so we were able to get a lot of rides in before 10 am. Then we went over to CA and it was not crowded at all. We're back at the hotel now for an afternoon break and we'll see what it is like later.

The park seemed quite busy today, but Indiana Jones was down (did it even open?), Jungle Cruise was down in the AM, and the lines were quite long for a lot of the rides. Around noon the fastpass return for Star Tours was 545! We did MM as well and got many of our big Fastpass rides (ST, Splash, Space) out of the way. By early evening DCA was a virtual ghost town and we did quite a few rides with little to no wait from 6pm-8pm. I was looking forward to rides with minimal waits (based on various websites), but was very surprised to say the least. :confused3
