I am also cruising with my mom and I'm single as well. Would love to have some fun people to hang out with on the cruise. Really looking forward to this vacation and to meeting some new friends.

Its nice to know that single people will be on this cruise. Im also single & traveling w my two tween daughters.
New friends + Disney cruise = GREAT VACATION!!!

We're on 30 years. Time goes by too quickly. Has anyone here ever tried Remi's? And, just a thought. Our last cruise a group of us did Kareoke. Our stirring rendition of Copacabana is still making the YouTube rounds. Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Are you on the facebook thread?? Mindy posted Navigators from this past January 3 night member cruise and from 2011 4 night member cruise, and Carole is going to look for her 2012 Member cruise ones. I don't know everyone DIS names vs their facebook names, so not sure who is on what thread!

I just saw them yesterday on Facebook. Big thanks to Mindy for posting them!
They have really helped in planning and knowing what to expect.

YUP!!!! Count me in for Karaoke! I can carry a tune,,,,but I have a dear daughter in law who is trained as an opera singer, too bad she will not be on the cruise, but I am still trying to "disneyfy" her!

I can't sing, but after a few coors lights, nothing stops me from singing along to some personal favorites!!

Patiently reading through this thread. I started on page 40...now on page 46.

We are going on 29 years actually will celbrate our 29th Anniversary on our on follow on cruise on Oct 5. And last year we dined at Remi for our anniversary dinner, the meal was excellent, the service will fantastic and we did the wine pairing with it - which was a wonderful addition to our meal.
I will post a picture of our door from Member's Cruise.

We had signed up for Cabin Crawl and it doesn't appear that you have a Category 10A. We are in a 10A room on level 9. We can't wait!

You say you can't wait for the next DVC members cruise in 2014......Well I just saw it posted about an hour-a-go where they cancelled all bookings for the Aug. 24 2014 Dream cruise........I just wonder ..........JQ.... go tell HenLady.

If we ever sail DCL again, remind me never to pick a 4-night cruise on the Dream again. Those poor people.

Many of us were those poor people last year but since we were DVC we could work to stay on the ship. One woman who was supposed to cruise out date had to change her wedding date since she couldn't switch to the member cruise.

I know. I was one of those people. I remember the panic of thinking we were going to have to completely rearrange our entire honeymoon and then finding out there was supposed to be a wedding on board. I could not imagine having my wedding plans yanked out from under me.

If it is a DVC cruise, they really need to re-examine their policy for how these cruises are booked. It seems like even more people are being affected this time around.

I'm just happy my fees didn't increase or I would have been one of those having to change all my plans. The really should know before they release the next years dates and not even open it up. It's not that hard. Lol!

My cousin and her tween are joining methiscruise! Weare also singles! My boys are young 20's..but not coming.

Can't wait!!
