Hello everyone! I am just finding this thread for our cruise. I would love to join the Fish Extender exchange. This will be our 4th Disney cruise, and the first one not a 7 night cruise. I don't want to over plan shore excursions since it is a shorter cruise. We will be staying in Orlando until October 7 doing Universal, WDW (including Halloween Horror Night, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, and the Tower of Terror 10 miler race and after party). We are so excited!

Just found this thread and joined the forum. My DH, DD (turning 7 at the beginning of the cruise), DS (3.5) and my parents are all cruising together...none of us have ever cruised anywhere before! I've read tons of tips and feel reasonably well-prepared (??!) and am super excited. It sounds like it could be even more fun if we connected with fellow cruisers before we set sail. Does anyone else have kids around the same ages as mine?

At this point, we plan to stay on the ship all days except CC since there's so much to explore onboard that's new to us. Any tips for CC day? Any tips to help make our stateroom as comfy as possible for a family of 4?

I just realized I don't think I introduced myself I'm chris and my wife is Erica we don't have any kids but we love Disney cruise line were both 25 and we will be traveling alone no kids yet but yea it's really cool meeting u guys

Love Disney Cruise line I am taking my 2 best friends on the ship for the first time. We are not traveling with kids, we are however celebrating a Birthday!! He will be turning 26, this will be a great cruise and hope to meet lots of new people.

okay everyone we need to close the FE so that everyone has a updated list and can work on their gifts

I still have a few updates to make to the list... but I am attaching the link to the FE List as of today for those who are impatient, like myself! I also sent out an email to those I had the email address for.

Hi! Just found the forum, didn't know it existed until yesterday. I saw the FL resident discount post this morning, called my TA and got rebooked to a verandah, and saved $344! Love it! Anyway, I'll be on the 9/23 cruise, celebrating my 50th birthday! I've been a Disney fanatic since I was 3 but this is the first DCL cruise for me. (8 outside the bubble).
Looks like we'll (I talked my friend, Frank, into going with me) be in cabin #6086. He's not a full fledged Disney fan...yet....
Won't be any kids in the cabin, just us refuse-to-grow-ups! I guess I missed the FE cut-off, it sounds like fun. Maybe Next time..
Anyway, I can't wait! I know I'll be crying tears of joy when we board the ship, heck I cried just seeing a DCL in port in KW.
Hope to see you all on board!

Getting so excitd for the trip. Need the vacation. The rest of my family is going this up coming week. Then we are doing an adults only for this cruise. I just wish we could do all the kids activities.

So is anyone else dressing up in theme for the pirate party night on board? This is our third cruise and have always regretted not dressing up so this year we are all dressing up. I just hope we aren't the only ones tooling around the dining room looking like a swash bucklers. ARGGGG!!!!!
