September 2013, really crowded?

I have heard that Sept is usually the best month to go, so we booked out trip for the 12th-17th (so wed miss Labor Day and the wine festival). But after looking at things it seems like September is going to be really crowded and people have told me they have gone the 2nd week of Sept and its been crowded. Thoughts? Is it really going to be a pain going? We choose September for the less crowd factor.

Disney is always crowded but Sept is not as bad as other months. Weekends are the most Crowder

We are going the week of Sept 8th-15th - I have always heard that this is one of the better times of the year to go because of it being so early in the school year

September is one of the least crowded months to go. We have never been the second week but have been going the third week for years. We usually have less than a 10 minute wait for most rides with the exception of MAJOR headliners like TSM & Soarin which we FP.

Even rides like the mountains and Star Tours are 10 minutes or less.

We have never waited more than 20 minutes for anything (note: that is with FP for Soarin and TSM).

We do use a touring plan to get the best use of our day and get to the parks at rope drop.
