About to cancel BOG for 2 people at 4:40 on 9/15. Hope someone can use it!!

I have a question......Ever look at the bottom of the Disney Dining reservation page , where the restaurants that are booked up are located. Why do some of them say " No availability" while others say "Please call 407-WDW-DINE to make a reservation. " ? Does that mean that if I called that number I might get a reservation ?

I only see that when I'm on the mobile site. Is that what you are on? I believe it's because those restaurants require a credit card to book them (so either call the number or use a computer so you're not on the mobile site). I've only ever seen that message on the restaurants listed under "available", not "unavailable" though...

I get that message when I'm using my laptop all the time, so it's definitely not just mobile.

I was able to get a BOG for earlier in our trip so I need to cancel one that I have for later. Here is the reservation that I need to cancel:
