Anyone else getting SICK of work and ready for vacation? 25 days and counting.....

You have NO idea! This has been a very long week - my counterpart has been out on vacation, and so I am covering for both of our areas. And we have two new junior project managers that I am trying to supervise, mentor and train. All at the same time.

And did I mention the project we are trying to get out that has every executive in the company at my desk multiple times a day?

High seas and dancing bannanas, here we come!

YUCKYYYY! I hate pork rinds, kev loves them especially hot and spicy and salt and vinegar. I only like the fresh ones at our county fair. You eat them when they are still hot and they are YUM. Netrition.com has cinnamon flavored pork rinds now. Do you frequent lowcarbfriends.com? They have an AWESOME recipe section.

We'll just swap at the wine and cheese meet. I'm trying to think of some other things to bring that are exclusive to the south or are made in our area.
