Peter, nice picture. Can't wait to see it in 15 1/2 days because that will mean we've been relaxing for a week and ready to meet all of you

Up north tomorrow with our "keet" to go to Grandma's for her birthday and our vacation We'll miss him so much! Then it will be home to pack and work the rest of the weekend. I guess sometime you have to work more in order to vacation more Hopefully you won't hit 20,000 before Monday.

Thanks for the response on the dog. How much does yours weigh? I just want a teeny tiny one that I can carry around in a bag when I go into stores and that we can baby on the truck. Kevin actually has been wanting one longer than me. Does yours have any health problems that you know of? Just wondering....

I'm on my diet still, so naturally Bob mentions Pizza Hut! I would vow to dine naked in Palo if someone would bring me a Pizza Hut thin crust pineapple and cheese pizza right now! No kidding!

She weighs all of 2 lbs soaking wet. She is 10 years old and when my son lived with us she would jump on the bed and get under the covers and cold nose him in the back. She shivers like she is cold sometimes, but this is only when she is begging for food. My wife's mom was an escort driver as her husband pulled mobile homes from the plant in Alabama to dealers all over. She rode in the truck just fine. Mike

That's too funny!! I would love to see a picture of her if you get a chance! I see a lot of chihuahua's out here on the road so I assumed they were ok for trucks. A lot of people have problems with poodles out here but the people with chi's I've asked say no prob. I've been looking for breeders in our area. I am looking to get one when we take about a month off for christmas so he/she can adjust to us, then the truck. Not just a culture shock all at once, ya know? Thanks for the info on Dutchess!

We hung out until 5pm and figured it wasn't coming. I saw once I got up here that it WAS supposedly delivered and called my daughter to go up and put it in the house. No worries... it will not blow away! After all.. it's got all that good stuff in it to hold it down...

I think the long haired ones are cute, although I can't imagine having a teensy weensy dog like that. Makes sense if you live in a truck though!

Okay...it was a few short weeks ago that Captain Crash "challenged" us to hit 10,000 posts before sailaway....now we've hit 15,000...anyone up for trying for 20,000??????

What's the matter?

.... it was just a couple of months ago that I joined up and I have over 600 posts. So - why can't we mobilize the folks who have been lurking and passive? With EVERYONE posting 10 a day... lets' say we get everyone on the PJ breakfast to do so... we have WHAT?, 117? That makes for 1,170 a day! We'd be there in 4.5 days!!!!! Who needs 2 weeks?
