Michael Jackson will be opening his Neverland Ranch in California to 500 guests September 13. The event is a dinner with magicians, games and a tractor-trailer full of stuffed animals.

Tickets for two people will cost $5,000, with $1,000 from each sale being divided among three charities. Jackson will keep the rest to cover the "costs of the party." Guests also will receive a "goodie bag" worth about $1,000 and an original painting by a Brazilian artist.

August 29th is his 45th birthday.
