Sept. trip with coworker/friend

So, my coworker and I get to head to WDW in September for a conference! We are already plotting ways to spend as much time in the parks as possible, since it's her first time. We will only have 2 full days and three "get as many hours as possible" days. We were able to find rooms at the All Star Movies with better rates than the hotel where the conference is, so we have that bit of magic.

We do have hopper tickets, so that she can pick the parks (I'm going in December with family, so I'm good with hanging out where she wants to go).

She's a Disney fan. She's not interested in spending hours for dining experiences, although I do have us booked for one ADR: lunch at BOG the first full day. Maybe a fireworks or show, but not every night.

Any must-see or do for a first timer with only a couple of days? Can't do the Flight in Pandora--motion sickness.

I never miss Soarin' or Toy Story Mania or Buzz Lightyear or Kilimanjaro Safari.

For shows Lion King is wonderful.

Of course, don't miss the fireworks and parade.

You have time; so, have her get the vacation DVD and look at the rides. It might help her decide. U-tube would be another good way to look at rides and decide.

Peoplemover, Carousel of Progress (while I love it, I realize some other people don't, so up to you!), if you have time a ride around MK on the train, patisserie in the France pavilion, Spaceship Earth, Kilimanjaro Safaris to name a few

Please, do build in some down time.
Even with only a couple of days you want to do everything, it is not enjoyable if you burn out by always being on the go.
Take some time to enjoy just walking around and looking at the decorations, buildings, etc.
