Sept or Oct?

I am wondering which month you would choose for a week long trip. We are a family of 4 and will be traveling with a family of 4....all together 4 adults 4 kids (11,11,9,4) We can be flexible with dates and I know these seem to be slower times at the parks. MNSSHP are available for both months and that is a must for us. We want to stay at a mod. I tried to book online for POFQ and it was booked for one of the weeks I tried in Oct...is it more crowded then? Any info would be great!!

We LOVE October. The weather is a little cooler than September, but still shorts and pool weather. The crowds are pretty good too.

October can be a little busy.Some schools do have a fall break in October.Most of October is ok.

October has so much going on now it isn't a low crowd time anymore. MNSSHP/FOOD & WINE

I would still choose October because our Tropical Storms have usually slowed down by October, September peek Hurricane Season.

We think October is more crowded than September (but still not Peak Season crowded). I would pick October since it is alittle cooler and F&W fest is going on and that is so much fun to walk through and sample!
