
OMG!!

I called . . . . and BOY am I glad I did!!! Talk about a HUGE mixup!
Although I did call 2 days later to verbally confirm my reservation, I had also asked the CM to RE-check for a standard view room (with the AZZ discount). She said the view was still only available at rack rate and asked if I wanted to change to this view? I said, "No, I want to keep what I already have with code AZZ and was only checking to see if the standard view was available WITH a discount." Simple enough, right!

WRONG!!
When I called back today, the ressie was for a standard (not woods) view WL room at RACK RATE!!!!!

I almost cried, but I didn't.

To make a long story short, the CM, after at least 20 minutes of research, was finally able to rebook my original reservation.
THANK GOODNESS for the WONDERFEUL CM I got today (I can't for the life of me remember her name . . . it was
something Gail, and I'm ashamed of myself for not asking her name again!)
LESSON LEARNED: Check AGAIN on your discounted ressie if you don't get a confirmation after one week -- ESPECIALLY if you had called to recheck the availability of other room types/resorts just shortly after booking the discount!!
