We were so bummed that we missed a Private Affair at Hilton Head this past summer. I was planning on it as our kids are a bit older but sad to find out, it was no longer offered.

Chef Gordon did tell us about the Sea Shack in Hilton Head which we enjoyed a lot.

Maybe Chef Gordon will cook something special for us.

Get into the spirit of the "Happiest Celebration at Sea" by bringing along attire that matches each day's theme. Embarkation Day is our "Day of Nostalgia,"so consider an ensemble of classic black and white (items screened with vintage Disney Character illustrations will do, too).

On the evening of our "Day of Adventure" (Day 2), pirate-themed attire will fit right in.

Getting outfitted in your royal finest—be imaginative!—is encouraged on Day 3, our "Day of Fantasy."

NOW they tell us what to wear... (sigh) AFTER I've already planned all of our coordinated outfits... Oh well... at least we have the pirate outfits (scavenger + on board) and tropical wear. Royal Finest?

Don't get me wrong... I love tha fact that they're planning SUPER things, I just wish I had known w few weeks ago what they were planning. (Scott, Linda, Bill + Kay know how I like to plan ahead...)

If I put together one more outfit DH will have a fit!!!

Linda... do you think they will do a Mickey Mouse Club theme like they did on the PC cruise??? That's black + White? Just WONDER-ing!

Yes! Yipee!!! Good thing your source said that all along... now for future cruises, if you could get your source to get the other CMs up to speed, the rest of us wouldn't get wrong information to put us off track.

Ducky spoke in the Animator's Palate. He did 2 seminars and drew the entire time. You waited in line to get in.

Everyone got a ticket. They drew for as many sketched that Ducky drew. It was WONDERFUL... We didn't get a sketch, but a table mate did!!!

They had us turn in one item per cabin for Ducky to sign (took it to Guest Services). The item was returned at the end of the cruise.

I have my outfits picked out also. I was just lucky that the one dress I was bringing was my black and white Mickey sundress. Our pirate wear arrived today and I'm not really excited about it. On to plan B for that. John's is ok, but I have to rethink mine.

Other than that, the other outfits I'm bringing will have to do.

That's a new one on me. In the past yep, pack all the clothes by group (socks, underwear, etc..) in those giant 1 gal ziplocks, must be some new idea I havn't heard yet.

But still nope, not changing out outfits now. They're already hanging on a portable rack with the rest of our stuff spread out on the dining room table.
