Great news!!! DD5 got the all clear from her oncologist today! No evidence of recurrent cancer! We are so thankful! Now we can dive into the cruise fearlessly!

I'm wearing swim suit and possibly cover skirt.

this was my thought too. gonna be wearing the bathing suit for CC anyway and if i have time i would like to shop for a cute sundress type coverup next week. will probably use that for parasailing since i think it might get breezy up there if shopping doesn't get done (good possibliity) then i will use my light white shirt and shorts instead.

I agree. I have been working alot and not finding enough time to get the cruise "stuff" together. I am ready to have a great trip!!

It's gotten ahead of me, too. hoping it stays slow at work tonight so i can finalize my "to do " list. broken wrist last week off kinda got in the way of cruise planning - silly little girl

Just checked and got cabin assignment-- 7131 --am sure getting excited for the cruise--and seeing grandkids!!!!!!
Not so sure about husbands retirement--he's worked graveyard shift for 20 years and before that military for 20 years so he's been sleeping or absent most of our married life. Oh well a Disney Cruise will cure all right!!!!!!

Line starts behind me. I have been on two inside passage cruises and would go back in a heart beat. The most beautiful scenery I have ever seen in my life, hands down.

Okay, now I am shaking!!! Bigferrell is trying to tell me we can take an Alaskan cruise *cheaper* on another cruiseline. Can somebody please knock some sense into him?????? BTW, look at his Avatar---he is even more of a disney nut than me!!!

I'm so excited! I just finished making DD a tutu... We were thinking that she's more fairy princess than pirate, and Tinkerbell hung with pirates even though she was a fairy. So... Delaney will be a fairy on Pirate night and spread some magic to us pirate folk!

Oh my gosh, that is too cute!!!! I love the little girl babies in tutus. It just so adorable. Bailey has a pirate oneies he's going to wear for pirate night.

Hi guys! Sorry I went MIA... we had a busy couple weeks here. My twin sister had a baby girl at the end of August and I pretty much spent a month at her house. I can't believe in two weeks we sail! We booked the Holiday Inn Maingate East for our two days pre-cruise. I stayed there a couple months ago and while it isn't the best hotel, for the price it's very good. We are doing Magic Kingdom and Disney Studios the two days before the cruise.

Can someone remind me where we pick up the bracelets? I know it's in the terminal but we have never been in the terminal before...LOL

We finished our FE gifts last night and I hope everyone likes them. I think they turned out great and am excited to hand them out. Do we still have two cabins for the FE with no assignments?

Hello to Angola Heart Disney. You still might have some time to order packing cubes. They are a must! I tend to overpack and with Value Pack: 1 lg,med,small and 3 slim packing cubes (6 pack) and Pack-It Folder I am able to fit into 1 Lg/Duffel Bag suitcase.

I am currently at work, got called in for a procedure(s) so I am milking a clock.

When we get to MCO from our off-site vacation do I have to bring our luggage to the port or will they take them at MCO? Still not sure. No one answered /or posted any replies after my initial question? Thanks!

I honesting don't know but I'd guess you haul stuff to port and hand it over.

Okay, so while the packing cubes are super cool, they did NOT keep me from packing too much and still needing 4 carry ons and 2 checked bags...one of which is nearly at the maximum for size and weight.

Can everyone post how many bags (checked/carry on) they are anticipating. Maybe then I can see if I'm insane and overpacked. Let's also not forget that I already sent a box down to Florida to my MIL with pirate costumes, FE gifts and sand toys/floats for CC.

Hmm Ana, let's see;

- suitcase 1; filled with my clothes and some small stuff, about 37 pounds
- suitcase 2; half medical stuff, almost half FE, SM and other 'not for me' stuff. Ah and let's not forget formal dress and matching shoes. About 42 pounds. (yeah, just had all on the scales, to make sure my guestimate of not even being close to 50 was right, and sure enough)
- carry on 1. A trolley filled with wheelchair charger, meds, docs and a quick chance of clothes.
- carry on 2; sorta backpack. Purely wheelchair stuff, hoping to avoid this one for the transfer from AKL to PC and embarkation. (after all do not have to brake down chair and hand carry pieces)
- 2 chairs; one for my bum to be resting in and one in case that bum gets too big.

Allthough to be honest; those suitcases probably will be filled a lot more after being at WDW and with the grocery list some folks are handing out to me.
