Ok folks! I keep looking up stuff for these fish extenders and I am super excited! I have 3 ideas so far but heres my question to experienced cruisers. How many different kinds do you make? Do you give one every day of the cruise? Do you make something different for each person? An info would be much appreciated! Thanks!!

Usually you provide a gift to the cabin or to each member in cabin. Can be store bought or homemade. Only deliver once unless you want to do more. Ship is rather large so takes time getting things delivered.

Hi & welcome! Yes we only did our first FE in october but loved it. This is exactly what we did. Each cabin did one delivery to each other cabin in the FE and we did a gift for each person. There was only 5 cabins in our little FE we did shop bought gifts.

Can anyone help me with something. I keep seeing people talking about giving the staff something to get autographs on from characters. What is that about? I see pillowcases and everything for autographs. I am new to all this! I never even went to disney as a child so I want to make sure my daughter gets the best experiences!

I know for my first cruise, I purchased the Passporter's cruise guide. It was really helpful in giving me info.

Hey all! My family just booked this cruise and we are so excited! We've been to "The World" many times but have never done a cruise before I'm open to any and all tips...I plan to peruse the DIS intensely! lol

My name is Samantha and my DW's name is Richarda...we have a soon to be 5 year old son named Brody. Richarda is 42 and I just realized I"m going to be turning 40 the week before the cruise Sigh...anyway...we are both RNs..we live in Georgia so we will be driving to Port Canaveral...I think we are going to book a couple of days at Pop Century after the cruise just to round out our vacation!

We would love to be involved in the FE (that sounds like SO much fun!!), meet and greets...etc! I also signed up on the FB group but I can go back and forth between the two

We love to tie dye and will most likely be dyeing some new shirts for the cruise! We usually dye a set for our Disney World trips anyway.

Hi Samantha! Welcome! You and your DW will love the cruise . Congrats on your son . My name is Paula and I am cruising with my DW Joanna! We are from the UK we aren't bless with children but I make up for it lol! I had my 40th birthday on The Dream 2 years ago on Castaway cay that day it was our first disney cruise and now we are hooked! Are you married? Have you got same sex marriage in your state? We have civil partnership in the UK which gives us the same rights which we did 7 years ago this Feb. The FE is fun we did our first last year. We loved buying for the children! We love kids! Happy 40th! This is going to be fun!

Hi Welcome! Not sure of FE cut off date. stephaieann is kindly organising the FB for us and doing a great job so she will reply with the date I am sure. I just wanted to say hello and wish you a happy cruise which ever you select that works out best for you. You would not offend us! We are a friendly bunch if you do choose this cruise look forward to doing the FE with you!

In planning, I kept moving this cruise date and finally settled on this because (a) both my sister and I can go and (b) we were gonna do the Tower of Terror Ten Miler - but I guessed the wrong weekend! So we are still doing the cruise and I talked her into extending our trip so we could do the run! Yipee!

This is will be my third disney cruise (2 on the Wonder and my first on the Dream).

This will be my sister's first on disney ~ so she is newbie to the FE and disney cruising as well....

Here's hoping this disney cruise goes better than the last trip - it was to celebrate my 50th and I took my parents (who are not disney fans) anyhow, it couldn't have been a worse experience as there were so things that went wrong. If it weren't for this meet n greet forum here and the FE fun, it would have been a total bust on the ship. Sooo I am hoping that the Dream experience is better for me and doesn't turn her off to disney cruising.

I am so looking forward to this trip and just want to warn you all out there that I am sooo not crafty so my FE exchange will be very simple.

I can't wait til I can start looking at what is available on the ship. I am still silver level and so have to wait until June I think to check out Palo - I am hoping to get a brunch reservation.
