Hey guys..a little update. I did get the accident report BUT it says since we are both claiming the green that the officer could not find who was at fault. We are listed as Driver 1 and 2 in alphabetical order for report purposes only :-( Looks like I am stuck paying my deductible :-(

Yeah tell me about it. I just need to be greatful that no one was hurt, my car is still very driveable (cosmetic damage only) and that having to pay my $1000 deductible is not going to mean the difference between my family being able to eat or not( I am blessed in that regard) BUT I may have to cancel the cruise I was going to try and squeeze in for January. I just keep trying to look at the positive things. If, after 14 years of driving i was due for an accident, then I will take it. Things could have been much much worse.

That sucks, Amanda! Sorry to hear that. An extra cruise would have been a beautiful thing to start the year off with. I'm glad that all of you are ok though.

Here here! I second the motion that you still go! My DMIL finally told me last week that we are all going on a cruise in June. I am haing a time trying to figure out how to pay for Christmas, their cruise in June and our cruise in september. The ship we are taking is the Princess Dawn, on june 24 to Alaska. I was looking at the prices and for the lowest cat. it's going to cost around $2000. Plus they charge you $10 a day per person for tips. That's $140 for service I might not even get. And the stateroom is a whopping 135 sq. feet big. I know that the money will work out and as my DH put it, it will make us appreciate out disney cruise all that much more!

I cut all ties with my old TA. I am still waiting to hear back from Dana. Not a peep out of her for the last week. I e-mailed her the other day and I haven't recieved a respoonse back yet. Maybe she's on vacation or something.

Yep! We have to pay. I don't mind really but I wish they would have given us more notice. Now things will just be a little tight! Say-la-ve! I too have been trying to get ahold of Dand. I called last week and someone who works for her called to confirm the ship info and said Dana would call back. I guess I will have to call her tomorrow. I hope everyone has a great monday

You guys be careful. We are supposed to have Tropical Storm conditions beginning early Saturday morning. Maybe worse conditions if Wilma turns a little north.
