Awesome news, Sarah!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: Well done, Danny!!! :thumbsup2

Lynne ... you are a naughty noodle starting rumours like that :rolleyes1:rolleyes1

I will NOT be stepping on the scale during the cruise .... that is something I just don't want to know about !!!

8 shifts left for me :yay::yay:

I plan to do it for the first 2 weeks in September ..... :thumbsup2
I am a naughty noodle, :lmao: no questions!!
We went to a really nice hotel in warsaw, Shaunie in heaven, lynne, lyyne(never aunt lynne unless she wants something) they even have scales in the bathroom, lol, well colour me purple, lol(what does that saying mean by the way?)
It's a bit of a nerve-racking day for us today ..... DS Danny gets his GCSE results. This will determine whether he gets into college or not so it is really important. He is a bit worried to say the least, especially as he was still under the weather with glandular fever during the exams and really poorly in the 3 months prior. We are crossing everyhing that he gets good enough results to get into college. :wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard:
good luck Danny:grouphug:, youre a wonderful family, it will all work out no matter what the results are, how is dd job going?
As ugly as they are, Crocs are THE most comfortable things to wear, particularly to put on after a day's shopping or trailing around the parks(if not actually worn there)

Next in line comes FitFlops. Just fantastic. I could wear them all day and every day, but when the weather gets cooler, they aren't enough for my cold feet!!! Back out come the Crocs to wear as slippers!! Heaven.
crocs are pretty comfy thats for sure.... I have, green pair, black pair, coral ones and Ive brand new mickey head ones for my cruise, only thing is with my flat foot and dodgy leg i cant walk in them anywhere, I must look and see if they do raised instep ones.
Calling all back to back cruisers. Is there anybody on here that has a Paypal account, who intends to get off the ship in Tunisia and who might be able to do me a favour?
I never read your thread properly before I quoted it, I was going to say, eh, Tunisia, have I missed something, doh :rolleyes1
You're right, and it's a point that several others have made as well. Mea culpa! Thanks for the thoughts.

See You Real Soon! :flower3:
Richard

You culpa of being very sweet and posting what everybody is thinking, we do have a lot of giving people on here, but to be fair, I think they know how grateful we are.:flower3::flower3::flower3:

Congratulations!

I am just hoping that I have enough space to bring the wetsuit this time round. My shoulders burn very easily and the wetsuit keep them covered. It also gives me just enough buoyancy that I can just float with minimum movement. Sooner or later, I have lots of fish coming to check me out.

Corinna
Corinna, thanks for all your shopping info, always appreciated :thumbsup2
I will be checking out Torrid if I come across one, we have surf shops galore here, so will probably give that a miss.
I see someone else suggested it, but I was also going to say if you don't need the bouyancy (sp) a rashie would be great for you.

I hope that I have been able to help with things that will make somebodies vacation more enjoyable, more memorable and more fun! I know that you all have made mine all of this and we haven't even sailed yet. So, if I have helped you to be able to relax, focus on work, take care of your family, or find time to shop on EBay dso you have more dresses to wear, then that is all the pixie dust I need!

So you were just being selfish, huh? Sure, sure, your a momma bear all the way and we love you for it!

Check out my signature below!!! v v v Goofy is near the end of my ticker!! That's so awesome!!!
:yay::dance3::yay:

I was just flipping through the television channels to find some good background noise and heard a Spanx conversation. I looked up to see if any of you were there, but it was just QVC!

That is funny :lmao:

Well since the rest of the my cruise tradition are coming true for this cruise to. I been on 4 cruise and no upgrade, paying the fuel surcharge on one that apply and hitting hurricane or tropical storms and depressions. I have been on 4 cruises and hit 6. In Sept, 18 2005 4 day, Hurricane Rita, Sept 15 2007 Western, Hurricane Humberto, Sept 22, 2007 Eastern, tropical depression, August 17 2008, EBPC Tropical Storm Julio, Hurricane Gustav, and Hurricane Hanna.
Nooooo, don't jinx it! It WILL be fine! ;)

Finally on the 11pm news, there was a guy robbing a home less than a quarter mile from our home and was caught in the act by the home owner. That was when the helicopter and police were called in. They did not find the person. That is really upsetting cause we are careful to keep things locked even while we are home but now will have to be even more careful.

He'll be long gone by now, your probably safer than someone in the next town over, he'll move elsewhere next time, fingers crossed! :)

Actually, it means the same here but it has an alternate meaning for sports fans, especially football fans. Many get together hours prior to the event and have barbeque (everything from breakfast to chicken and steak - sometimes both). The term came as early on many had their trucks and they put down the "tailgate" to use as a table. It's all become more sophisticated since then but there are still LARGE amounts of beer involved!!!!

Sounds like fun!

Sorry, for the final batch, I did not send any PMs and just posted on here that I have sent the remaining kits. I am not sure how long it will take for the package to get from the UK to Australia. Yours was sent on 17th August. I hope that it will be with you by the end of the week the latest.

Corinna

No problem, I will be on the look out, Thanks Corinna. :thumbsup2

Sarah that's fantastic news!

That is the one drawback with Crocs, they are not non-slip. I have gone flying on more than one occassion on wet roads while wearing my Crocs.
Corinna

OK should probably correct what I said, my sandles aren't non-slip but do have better grip than all my other crocs! I haven't managed to slip in them yet but hey theres always a first time!
