WOW! So now we'll have an even better Sweet Sue Suite Birthday Spectacular Selebration in September!

And yes, Jen has the lo-down on all of us, including ages. I'm really just a 21-year old in a 41-year old's body! Where did the go?

DGM's funeral was very nice. The day was long and bittersweet. Saw lots of old friends and had lots of . DD took a 4-hour nap after the ceremony so that worked out great - gave me some time for adult talk. Today we are exhausted. We haven't left the house all day (including DD). She's just as tired as the rest of us!

We're really looking forward to the cruise. I'm trying to talk my DGF into going with us. He's a Navy commander (retired), so cruising would be awesome. We will see... Anyone know how hard it is to add a fourth person to a room?

I hope everyone is having a good weekend and as usual I worked today. i came home and I went into the pool for about two hours. Welcome to all the new people! Everyone is very nice on here, they make you feel welcome. I can't wait to meet everyone on the cruise. It will be wierd knowing so much about each other but just meeting on the cruise (like a blind date)HaHa! Well, going to make supper, be back soon.

Went with my best friend to drop off a bookshelf at her sister's today in Columbus. Had a good talk.

And finally, since I am always up for a challenge, here's DD's smilie language told in written English (told in the sometimes abrupt, sweet way children tell stories):
There was a bride who had to kiss someone. It turns out it was a witch. The witch said, In one hour I'll make you a twin; both of you kiss me at the same time or else I'll make you eat spinach. Then a good fairy came and waved her wand and the witch went away. The good fairy and twins had a group hug, but in the process the bride's twin disappeared. They were all shocked, but it turned out to be okay because this is the DIS boards.

The kids wanted bunk beds, but it was easier to book 3 in a cabin (my mom and sis r coming also). That way we were able to pick cabins near each other. Hopefully you'll have better luck than we did.

That was the additional charge for moving her to our room. We already paid for her as a 3rd person in my mom's cabin. I thought move her from one cabin to another 3rd or 4th person in the room is the same price and there shouldn't be a charge at all. But we were wrong

NOT!!!! How about 9 ! Holy cow!
But it was fun, none the less.
All is good here. Abby's B-day party/sleepover went well. Work has been busy! That is the main reason I have not been around much. DGM is doin' great,thanks for asking Jen.
I only have 3 days of work this week(off THU&FRI) going to Holiday World on Friday,I think, and staying the weekend.
Jenny-could you add our sign to the list? I will gladly pay you at the DISmeet, otherwise I don't think we will have one. (Can you spell procrastination?) I hope not because I think that is wrong.
We are going to pay a visit to the T/A this week to check on a couple of things. Mainly main seating @ dinner. When we can expect cruise docs, etc.. Probably get a new Disney Cruise Book, because the one we have now is covered in my drool.Did I mention I am pumped up about this vacation? , and why not whatever the bouncing witch stands for.

Jen- Thanks for asking about my pastor. Unfortunately, I don't have much good news to report. Only that he is doing a little better and they have got his seizures to stop. He is still in St. Louis University hospital but they haven't identified what is making sick yet. They think it is some type of viral infection and it will just have to run its course.

Not much going on around here. Starting to get back to school stuff ready. We start back on the 19th and am I a bad mother for saying I am looking forward to it? This summer has gone by so fast.

Brad- Have fun in Holiday World and ride the Jungle Racer once for me, will ya?

My dh is in the Navy, for 3 more years but who's counting?? We are stationed at Camp LeJeune This has been our 1st time being stationed on a Marine base. We have 1 more year here then we will probably go back to Norfolk, VA
