First timers going in October, I want to make an ADR for lunch at Crystal Palace.

Our total party is 5 people divided in 2 gropus, DW, DS and me, we have a package (hotel&DDP&parks) reservation code for 10 days (POP), and grandpa and grandma have another reservation code (hotel&DDP&parks) for only two days.

When booking the ADR online it requests to enter the party size and I must enter the reservation code provided by Disney because we will be using the DDP...

Should I fill the party size with 5 people and give them only my reservation code or should I make two different ADR's?

Thank you!!!!!!

With your reservation number, you can book as many people at your table as you want.

You just need to tell them the total in your party. We travel with my mom all the time and never have a problem, as she has her own reservation and DP.

At the time you make the reservation just tell how many people will be dining. When you actually get to the table, let the server know that there are different DDP groups so the checks will be separate as needed. It is much easier to let the server know first than at the end.

This is best. My sister and I dined together a few times on our last trip. We both had dining plans from two different rooms (we had deluxe, she had the regular). You can separate the checks up front to make it easier (especially since we were on different plans). We were a party of over six together, so the tip was automatically added (fine by us, because we always tip over 18% anyway). You are only five, so you can each add your own optional amount to your bill.
