Separate Check-Ins?

Wilderness lodge has a seperate check in at the villas - I highly recommend it. Kirk is the cast member and he is amazing. He adjusted fastpasses, added come magic, and gave us the perfect room.

I agree, Kirk is one of the best CM's that we have met.

We have spoke to Kirk when staying at BRV. And he help us at the Wilderness Lodge Concierge in March while we were staying at CCV. But I can't image walking over to BRV to check in when staying at CCV. You walk by the front desk on the way there.

When did they open that? I've never seen anyone even at that desk.

We would go to BRV to see Kirk when staying at VGF, he is that good. I was at his desk, he was working on our ticket media and a family came off the elevator heading past his desk. A little girl ran up to him and gave him a hug. He greeted her, told her to have a wonderful day, opened his cabinet and gave her a princess wand. She started crying and hugging him. The family thanked him and headed for the park. He told me that she had broken her wand yesterday and was very upset and she told him about it. He went to the store and got her a replacement after work last night. Talk about Disney magic!

I have no idea how long this desk has been open as this is our first stay at CCV but if he isn’t at the desk he said he has sticky notes and a pen on his desk and you can leave him a note saying call room ### and he will call you when he is back or available etc.
