Sep. 7, 2015 on the Dream

If your family loves water parks a must do is the aqua adventure at Atlantis. It is one of the largest water parks in the world. I think Disney offers a dolphin and water park excursion. If you haven't seen the water park there look it up online it's really cool. :cool1:

The water park at Atlantis is my first choice. I have wanted to go there for years. I told my daughter that if the decion is made to wait on the trainer for a day, we may do the dolphin encounter and aqua adventure, so that everyone can participate.

I have been looking at this too. I want to surprise the kids with the dolphin encounter.:ssst: I know it's early yet but I thought of another thing we need to come up with a meeting place on the cruise ship for a meet and great. We usually did it before or right after the sail away part. Any ideals?

A meet and greet is a great idea! Let's put to a vote.....Before, or after the sail away party? Everyone give us your thoughts! :mic:

We can work out the details later:teacher:

Ok so we (well I am) extremely excited to be going on our fits Disney cruise and it is going to be a surprise for our daughter. But how do we know what rooms to leave our gifts for everyone. Sorry if this has been covered already.

Now I am going to go back and catch up with everyone!

When we get closer to cruise date everyone will send their room # to Amber of the Redwine Famiy. Then before the cruise we'll get a list of who's on what list with names, ages, and room #'s. :thumbsup2 Also Welcome aboard

It doesn't matter if it's your first time or tenth time the kid in you always comes out. My wife always ask if I get sick of Disney I say NAAAAAAA Never :sulley: Are you planning on going to the park on the day of the cruise?

Welcome to the cruise!:yay:

I have added you to the FE list pixiedust:

Are you really going to the parks on cruise day, or was that a typo? :scared1::scared1: With the drive to the port, check in, etc..you will have zero time to do anything.

As of now I would say for us our vote is after the sail away party. Just because we don't know what time everyone is going to be on the ship and then you have the pumpkin test right before the sail away part. That should give us enough time between the party and first seating for dinner (for whom ever has it). Maybe we'll know more after everyone gets registered online and pick our times to arrive then we can go from there. So far who has first seating for dinners? I thought at one time if families wanted to sit by other families we could make a request to DCL???

I have heard very good things about the ParkNCruise shuttle to the port. Its cheaper and to me more convenient. Has anyone used their services first hand? We've always parked at the terminal but it's getting expensive.

No we are going to get up early and head to port so we can enjoy the ship ASAP :beach: We are going on Saturday and Sunday

I just read that now when you register online whenever your time frame lets you. They will have different times for you to pick from to arrive at the ship. They say its to relieve the congestion of everyone getting there at once. I say its because everyone hits the buffet for lunch. :lmao: If anyone else knows any different please let us know. We use to get there at 11:30 and get on board around 12:00 to 12:30 and just relax, walk around and check out the ship.

After sail away was my vote, too. I don't imagine many will want to do it before. I want to meet as many of our new friends as possible! I would love for the kiddos to get to meet others their age.....should be so fun! As far as dining times go, we chose Late seating. I work 7am-7pm shifts and it is close to 8 when I get home, so we are late eaters anyway. Plus, I like the offering that the kids club has for late dining....kids eat with us, then kids club scoops them up and takes them to play while we enjoy the rest of our dinner :hyper:

Oh, good!!! I was thinking it would be such a waste of tickets. I love how so many others are so excited about this cruise. My husband isn't very excitable about things and he thinks I am NUTS!:rotfl2: I honestly don't know if the kids are more excited, or if I am. My coworkers are probably counting the days until it is over so they don't have to listen to me anymore!!

Yes, that is great that they come and get the kids. I couldn't get my daughter to even eat with us last time. :bitelip: I told her she is this time. :cheer2:

My wife thinks I'm the same way. NUTS. I know my wife is counting down the days until it's over. Her nick name is "the scrooge"
