Anyone try it and lose weight?

I posted on the W.I.S.H board, but haven't heard back from anyone. SO I thought I would post here too, since this is where I spend most of my time.

I'm sure that you'll get an answer on W.I.S.H. soon. That board does not move as quickly as the BB does, so you may have to wait more than a couple of hours for someone with respond.

I had never heard of this one, and I'm always interested in new ways to assist me in being a little less embarrassed to walk around in a bathing suit this summer I googled it and found this article:

I'm not sure it'll help you any but it was interesting. And, the product that she WAS advocating for is kinda pricey! I think I'll stick with my own process that I've been following; might not be the fastest but it works for me
