Sending support from North Carolina!

Hi, gang!

We drove to NC yesterday to visit my brother for the week. Looks like I will have VERY limited PC access. Just wanted to send my positive thoughts, pixie dust, encouragement, support and all that jazz while I had a chance!

I'll be thinking about you guys all week. We should be home on Saturday and I know I will have lots of catching up to do. I hope everyone has a great week with lots of happy news and healthy living success!!!

So far, so good here. I'm dressed and ready to go for a power walk. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood, the weather is cool (from my point of view!) but not too cold, all the azaleas and dogwoods are blooming and it's just a gorgeous day!! Well, I'm not burning many calories typing, am I?

Hang in there. I miss everyone already and I am totally going through withdrawl!!!

Oh, NC in April. It can't get much prettier than that!

We lived there for about 2 years, and had a yard FULL of azaleas. White ones, pale pink, deep pink, almost red ones. They practically EXPLODE with color in April!

And the dogwoods! They were everywhere...

Glad to hear that you made it to my part of the world OK. I hope that you don't have allergies, although all the trees and plants are looking beautiful, the pollen is awful. It is hard to keep anything clean right now and I can't even open the windows without the house turning green and all of us start having itchy eyes and sneezing.

Enjoy your time in NC and I am glad you can still get your walking in. Enjoy the change in the weather for you.

Glad you are safe and sound but we do miss you. Think of you throughout the day and hope that you are not to frazzled with no pc access! Walk off the stress when you feel it rising! Make mental notes so that you can catch us up on what life without DIS boards for a week is like. Horrors and nightmares!!! Hope there is not too much Easter candy for temptations either, just wouldn't be fair to be subjected to that and no computer too!
