Sending gift to Disney

My sister and her family will be at Disney celebrating her 40th birthday, but my family can't go I want to send a gift to the resort, but need ideas. They check in on her birthday, so can I send it early to be in her room when they arrive or will they just hold it at the desk for her? TIA

They cannot place anything in the room so that it is there when the guest arrives. Room assignments can be changed up at the last minute and then some other guest would get the package! You can order a gift from the Disney florists and they can place it in the room the next day. All other packages are held and can be claimed by notifying the front desk that you are expecting a package.
