Sending feedback directly to restaurant?

We had the most fabulous server that we have ever had the pleasure of encountering, EVER, in our entire lives at Le Cellier last week, and I would absolutely love to contact the management there to let them know what a fabulous asset they have in Jill from Ontario. Is it possible to send feedback to the restaurant directly? Does anyone have the contact e-mail for such thing?

Better than contacting the restaurant directly, send an e-mail to

wdw.guest.communications@diisneyworld.com

and make sure that you include her name and the date and time of your dining. This is a central office and they will then forward the comments, through channels, down to her direct supervisor. The key to this is all intermediate managers will get a copy, as well as going on her permanent record.
