During our last trip in 2008, we sent a gift basket to the IPO because they did such an amazing job getting us everything we needed, and making changes for us on the fly.
We had the same awesome service again, and asked them for the address so we could send them something for the whole team.
We were told not to send a gift. Huh? I know cash is not accepted, but why can we not send them a small gift?
(it would be a candy bouquet.)
Has anyone else ever experienced this? Is it possible we just got someone who does not know it's okay to send gifts or is this a new policy?
