We leave VERY early Friday morning and dd2 got sick today!!

I am not finished packing and now I am doing my best to stay with her and keep up with laundry and all other work has stopped!!

Please pray this is just some 24 hour bug and that no one else gets it!!!

Pixie dust for you! Everyone in my house has had the flu in the last two weeks. It ended up being basically a 24 hour flu, but left us tired for a few days after. Here's hoping she at least gets thru most of it in the next day or so!

My concern is that it lasts longer than that and that I don't want anyone else to get it!!! I guess we should have locked ourselves in for the last week to make sure no one got sick!!

The poor thing is miserable. Just laying on the floor whining. The pharmacist told me to give her some gravol and an ounce of pedialite every 20 minutes, so that is what we are trying now.

Well, time to go give more pedialite.

Keep the pixie dust coming!!!!

My kids had it, and others in their preschool. It all lasted less than 24 hours.

She is feeling much better today!! She is eating and drinking and only a low grade fever!!

I post on a Canadian Parents board and no one wished us get will vibes!! Guess that goes to show that people who love Disney are more caring and thoughtful than those who don't. We are a special breed!!!

Dd2 has eaten today and hasn't thrown up since last night at 6pm. I am feeling a little queezy, but I think that is because I am tired and didn't eat properly today. Everyone else seems to be fine so far!!

Only 37.5 hours till our plane leaves!!

I am on my way home!!!

I just had the same thing and it seems to be making rounds around our area. Yes it does only last a couple of days ( I went ahead and stayed out two extra from work, just so as not to take it back to the office to share). Anyway a couple of day are the standard and here is to wishing you ALL the very best and that no one else in your family catches it!!!

We leave in 22 hours and so far everyone is fine!!

We are almost all packed. Just a few things left to do and try to get as much laundry done as possible before we leave.

I am keeping dd2 out of preschool today just to be safe!!

Dd8 is going to school for the morning, but may stay home this afternoon.
