selling through Timeshare store??

What costs are associated with selling a contract? What is the commission %, and are there other costs associated?

Trying to decide if it pays to just add on to BLT or sell my SSR contract and buy all BLT.

I sold some points a few years ago through them. It was a 10% commission and no other costs.

Commission to Timeshare Store: 10%
Settlement or closing fee to Magic Vacation Title, LLC: $1.50
Waiver Recording Fee to Orange County Comptroller: $18.50
Estoppel Fee to DVCMC: $50.00

I listed 2 contracts last week with TTS. Both sold in 4 days. Yes you read correctly, both sold in 4 days for my full asking price. Gotta love TTS.
